    This site is focused on vacation rentals communities between Sarasota and Fort Myers. It is especially dedicated to golfing communities but also contains ocean front properties, lake & river front properties and other residential neighborhood properties.

    The primary locations involved are Venice, Englewood, Rotunda, North Port, Port Charlotte, and Punta Gorda.

    The main difference with this site and other vacation rental sites is that each property on this site is inspected and rated by myself or others experienced with property valuations. You are able to communicate with us about these properties before agreeing to any rental contract. And since all of the listed properties are rated you have an objective way of comparing values between these properties and you have assurance that the descriptions and amenities listed are accurate.
